At The Tool & Equipment Store, the Ottawa Fastener Supply team understands the need for reliable and accurate tool repair. Unlike some competitors, our repair technician works in-house so we don’t have to send your valued items out to be fixed. We are the authorized tool repair center for Paslode, Husqvarna, Freud, Walter& Titan Sprayers.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we provide estimates before doing any work.
Items not picked up within 30 days may be sold or scrapped.
We service gas powered outdoor tools (lawn mowers, chainsaws, snowblowers etc), generators, compressors, pressure washers, water pumps, nailers, staplers, electric compressors, electric power tools and type 1 & 2 SRLs from MSA. For construction equipment, please call to inquire.

Our Parts and Repair Policies
- 30-day guarantee on all repairs
- All tools and equipment must be picked up within 30 days of completion of repair or will become the property of Ottawa Fastener Supply
- All orders are to be prepaid (excludes repairs)
- Special order items are non-returnable/ non-refundable
- Electrical / gas parts are *non – returnable
- All part returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Warranty consideration will be addressed within 48 hours
- $30.00 estimate charge non-returnable
- Estimated tools & equipment will be returned disassembled
Our Labour Rates
- $30.00 estimate charge (*this is non- returnable)
- *where applicable estimate charge will be credited towards repair and or replacement tool in store purchases only
- Minimum 1/2-hour labour charge will apply
- $60/ hour for electrical, pneumatic, and cordless
- $70/ hour for OPE (gas/fuel related equipment), paint sprayers
- $100/ hour for hydraulic equipment, Greenlee
- We are a warranty repair centre for the following brands: Husqvarna Lawn & Garden, Husqvarna Construction, Bosch, BE Power, Metabo, Hitachi
