| Ottawa Fastener Supply opened in 1984 in Ottawa’s west end. We supply fasteners, hand & power tools, and equipment to industrial, automotive, government and institutional accounts throughout the Ottawa Valley. In 2002 the company relocated to 175 Robertson Road, in Bells Corners, a much larger location suited to expanding our product offerings and attracting a retail clientele. |
Our expansive showroom is designed to allow our customers to touch and examine a wide range of tools, equipment and accessories. They can discuss the features of well-known brands such as DeWALT, Makita, Delta, Hitachi and Milwaukee with our experienced staff, as well as being able to “kick the tires” before making a purchase. We are also the home of the “World Famous Wall of Fasteners” . This two-hundred foot wall contains an enormous variety of fasteners that customers can purchase in any quantity, eliminating excessive product and packaging.
We service what we sell! Our Tool Repair Department is staffed with industry veterans and we stock an extensive inventory of repair parts. Estimates and quick service are vital to those customers who earn a living with their tools. We are the authorized repair centre for brands such as Paslode, Hitachi, Milwaukee, Freud and King Canada. National retailers and other distributors usually sublet repairs to offsite shops.
